Welcome, and thank you for joining me today to work on overcoming your fear of success. [Pause 1 seconds] Before we begin, I'd like you to find a comfortable position, whether that's sitting or lying down. [Pause 2 seconds] Ensure that your body is fully supported and that you won't be disturbed for the next 25 minutes or so.
Now, I'd like you to gaze softly at a point slightly above eye level. [Pause 2 seconds] It could be a spot on the wall, a corner of the ceiling, or simply a tranquil space in front of you.
Imagine yourself standing at the base of a magnificent, grand staircase, its ornate railings adorned with intricate carvings that catch the warm, golden rays of sunlight filtering through the stained-glass windows. [Pause 2 seconds] This staircase represents your journey towards success, each step a testament to your determination and resilience.
As you stand before this magnificent staircase, I want you to take your first step.
As you stand in this place of success, bathed in warm, encouraging light, [Pause 1 seconds] I want you to realize that you are meant to be here. [Pause 2 seconds] You have worked hard, [Pause 1 seconds] you have persevered, [Pause 1 seconds] and you deserve every bit of success that comes your way. [Pause 2 seconds] Your fear of success is nothing more than an old, outdated program in your mind.
Now, I want you to imagine yourself one year from today. [Pause 2 seconds] You've been consistently embracing success, [Pause 1 seconds] welcoming it into your life without fear. [Pause 2 seconds] See yourself confidently pursuing your goals, [Pause 1 seconds] taking on new challenges with enthusiasm. [Pause 2 seconds] Notice how much you've grown, [Pause 1 seconds] how much you've achieved. [Pause 2 seconds] Feel the sense of pride and fulfillment that comes with allowing yourself to succeed.
