[Pause 6 seconds] And as you consider these possibilities, you might find yourself becoming pleasantly confused about which part of your mind is doing what, and that confusion can lead to a wonderful state of relaxation. [Pause 8 seconds] The more you try to figure it out, the more you can let go, allowing yourself to drift deeper and deeper into this comfortable state of focused awareness. [Pause 10 seconds]
You find yourself standing at the entrance of an ancient Zen garden. [Pause 5 seconds] The large wooden gates slowly open before you, revealing a path of smooth stones. [Pause 6 seconds] As you step inside, you notice the perfectly raked patterns in the white sand, creating concentric circles that seem to ripple outward like waves on a peaceful pond. [Pause 7 seconds] The air carries the subtle fragrance of cherry blossoms and the gentle sound of a bamboo fountain in the distance. [Pause 8 seconds] Each step you take along the stone path brings you deeper into this sanctuary of perfect focus and clarity. [Pause 6 seconds] To your left, carefully pruned bonsai trees stand as testament to the power of patient, focused attention.
