Welcome to this focused attention hypnotherapy session. Please ensure you're in a quiet, comfortable place where you won't be disturbed. While listening, avoid operating machinery or driving. If you wear contact lenses, you may want to remove them for comfort. You may experience a deep state of relaxation, and that's perfectly natural. If you need to become alert at any time, you can easily do so. Your mind will always remain aware enough to deal with any situation that requires your attention. Now, find a comfortable position, either sitting or lying down, and when you're ready, we'll begin. [Pause 10 seconds]
Take a moment to focus your attention on a fixed point slightly above eye level. [Pause 4 seconds] As you maintain your gaze on that point, notice how your eyes might begin to feel heavy. [Pause 5 seconds] With each blink, your eyelids may feel heavier and heavier. [Pause 6 seconds] You might notice that maintaining focus becomes more challenging, and that's perfectly fine. [Pause 5 seconds] Allow your eyes to blink naturally, knowing that each blink brings you closer to a deep state of relaxation. [Pause 7 seconds] The muscles around your eyes may begin to feel tired. [Pause 5 seconds] You might notice a pleasant heaviness spreading through your eyelids. [Pause 6 seconds] When your eyes feel ready to close, simply allow them to do so. [Pause 8 seconds] And as your eyes close, feel that wonderful wave of relaxation flowing down from the top of your head. [Pause 10 seconds]
Imagine yourself in a peaceful study or library, a place of perfect focus and concentration. [Pause 6 seconds] The air is clear and crisp, helping you think with remarkable clarity. [Pause 5 seconds] Soft, natural light filters through windows, creating an ideal environment for deep concentration. [Pause 7 seconds] The temperature is perfect, and you feel completely at ease in this space. [Pause 6 seconds] Notice the comfortable chair supporting you, designed perfectly for sustained focus and attention. [Pause 8 seconds] The atmosphere is quiet, serene, allowing your thoughts to flow with perfect clarity. [Pause 10 seconds]
With each breath you take, you sink twice as deep into this state of focused awareness. [Pause 6 seconds] Ten. [Pause 5 seconds] Drifting deeper. [Pause 6 seconds] Nine. Your mind now has the remarkable ability to maintain crystal clear focus whenever you choose.
