Welcome to this transformative hypnotherapy session. Find a comfortable position where you won't be disturbed. As you begin to focus on my voice, you might notice thoughts drifting through your mind, like clouds in the sky. [Pause 4 seconds] And while you're noticing those thoughts, you might also become aware of the sounds around you. [Pause 4 seconds] But what's interesting is how the thoughts about the sounds can sound like thoughts about awareness itself. [Pause 5 seconds] And as you're thinking about being aware of thinking about awareness, you might wonder which awareness is aware of which thought. [Pause 6 seconds] And that wondering might make you wonder about wondering itself. [Pause 4 seconds] And as these layers of awareness fold in upon themselves, like waves within waves, you might find yourself naturally drifting deeper. [Pause 6 seconds] The more you try to figure out which thought leads to which awareness, the more comfortable you become. [Pause 5 seconds] And that comfort might remind you of how naturally your mind can let go. [Pause 6 seconds] Like water finding its level, your consciousness can find its own perfect state of relaxation. [Pause 8 seconds]
Now, as your mind settles into this comfortable state, begin to recall the anticipation of a first date. [Pause 5 seconds] Notice how the memory begins to form, like a photograph slowly developing. [Pause 6 seconds] The excitement, the butterflies, the natural hopefulness that comes with new beginnings. [Pause 5 seconds] Feel how your younger self approached this moment with natural curiosity and openness. [Pause 6 seconds] The weather that day, the clothes you chose to wear, the way the air felt against your skin. [Pause 5 seconds] Allow yourself to be fully present in this memory, knowing it's a safe space to explore and learn. [Pause 7 seconds]
And as this memory becomes clearer, you might notice yourself sinking even deeper into relaxation. [Pause 6 seconds] With each breath, you drift twice as deep. [Pause 5 seconds] The numbers ten through one floating through your mind, each one taking you deeper than before. [Pause 7 seconds] Ten, drifting down. [Pause 6 seconds] Nine, melting away. [Pause 6 seconds] Eight, letting go. [Pause 8 seconds] Seven and six, floating freely. [Pause 8 seconds] Five and four, deeper still. [Pause 8 seconds] Three, two, one, completely relaxed. [Pause 10 seconds]
In this deeply relaxed state, notice how your inner voice speaks to you. [Pause 5 seconds] Like a radio frequency being gently tuned, that critical inner voice begins to shift and transform. [Pause 6 seconds] Each negative thought now has less power, dissolving like morning mist in warm sunlight. [Pause 7 seconds] You're discovering how naturally you can replace criticism with compassion. [Pause 6 seconds] Just as you would speak to a dear friend, your inner voice becomes supportive and kind. [Pause 7 seconds] Every time you notice negative self-talk, it transforms automatically into gentle encouragement. [Pause 8 seconds] This new pattern feels natural and right, like coming home to yourself. [Pause 7 seconds] Your mind now automatically seeks positive, constructive thoughts.
