This recording is designed to help you release stress and tension, promoting deep relaxation and inner peace. Remember, you can open your eyes and become fully alert at any time if needed. Now, take a moment to adjust your position, ensuring your head, neck, and spine are comfortably aligned. [Pause 10 seconds]

Let's begin by taking a deep, nourishing breath in through your nose. [Pause 4 seconds] And as you exhale through your mouth, feel the first wave of relaxation flowing through your body. [Pause 5 seconds] With each breath, you'll notice the gentle rise and fall of your chest and abdomen. [Pause 4 seconds] Each breath brings you deeper into a state of peaceful relaxation. [Pause 6 seconds] Now, bring your attention to any sounds in your environment. [Pause 4 seconds] Simply notice these sounds without judgment, allowing them to fade into the background. [Pause 5 seconds] Feel the weight of your body being supported. [Pause 4 seconds] Notice where you make contact with the surface beneath you. Imagine yourself at the top of a beautiful, gentle staircase. [Pause 4 seconds] This staircase has ten steps, each step leading you deeper into relaxation. [Pause 5 seconds] The air around you is peaceful and calm. [Pause 4 seconds] A soft, golden light surrounds you, bringing warmth and comfort. [Pause 6 seconds] With each step you'll descend, you'll feel twice as relaxed as before. [Pause 5 seconds] The banister is smooth beneath your hand, providing support and guidance. [Pause 4 seconds] At the bottom of the stairs, you can see a comfortable safe space waiting for you. [Pause 6 seconds]

As you take your first step down, feel the relaxation double. [Pause 8 seconds] Another step down, sinking deeper. [Pause 8 seconds] With each step, your mind becomes more peaceful. [Pause 8 seconds] Drifting down another step. [Pause 8 seconds] Halfway down now, feeling so calm and serene. [Pause 8 seconds] Another step deeper. [Pause 8 seconds] The peace continues to expand within you. [Pause 8 seconds] Nearly at the bottom now. [Pause 8 seconds] Taking the final steps. [Pause 8 seconds] Arriving in your perfect space of relaxation. [Pause 10 seconds]

In this deeply relaxed state, you can feel your inner strength growing stronger. [Pause 6 seconds] Every cell in your body is being renewed and refreshed.
