[Pause 5 seconds] With each exhale, you can sink a little deeper into that support, like a feather gradually settling on a peaceful morning breeze. [Pause 7 seconds]
The relaxation continues flowing down through your chest and back, releasing any remaining tension. [Pause 5 seconds] Through your abdomen, each breath bringing deeper peace. [Pause 6 seconds] Down through your hips and thighs, becoming heavier and more relaxed.
