Starting from your toes, feel a warm, soothing sensation beginning to spread. [Pause 5 seconds] Let this peaceful warmth flow through your feet, [Pause 4 seconds] ankles, [Pause 4 seconds] and up into your calves, dissolving any tension it meets. [Pause 6 seconds] This comfortable warmth continues up through your knees, [Pause 4 seconds] thighs, [Pause 4 seconds] and hips, making each muscle completely relaxed and heavy. [Pause 7 seconds]
Let your shoulders drop, as if they're melting like snow in warm sunlight. Allow your jaw to soften, releasing any tension you might be holding there. [Pause 5 seconds] Feel the muscles around your eyes becoming loose and comfortable, as if they're being gently massaged by warm, soothing light. [Pause 7 seconds] Let this relaxation spread across your forehead, [Pause 4 seconds] down your temples, [Pause 4 seconds] and throughout your entire face. [Pause 6 seconds]
As you continue breathing naturally and easily, you might notice sounds in the background, like distant echoes in a peaceful valley. [Pause 6 seconds] These sounds can help you relax even deeper, each one acting like a gentle wave washing away any remaining tension. [Pause 7 seconds] Each sound you hear simply confirms that you're safe and can relax even more, drifting deeper and deeper into this peaceful state. [Pause 8 seconds]
