Take a deep, comfortable breath in through your nose. [Pause 4 seconds] And as you exhale through your mouth, allow your body to settle more deeply into its supporting surface. [Pause 5 seconds] With each breath, you might notice the gentle rise and fall of your chest. [Pause 4 seconds] And with each exhalation, you can allow any tension to simply float away. [Pause 6 seconds] Now, bring your attention to any sounds in your environment. [Pause 4 seconds] Notice how these sounds come and go, just like notifications on your phone. [Pause 5 seconds] But unlike those digital alerts, these sounds don't require any action from you. [Pause 6 seconds] They simply exist in the background of your awareness. [Pause 8 seconds] And as you continue breathing naturally and comfortably, you might begin to notice a growing sense of calm. [Pause 5 seconds] A peaceful feeling that spreads through your body with each breath. [Pause 6 seconds] Your eyelids may feel heavy now. [Pause 4 seconds] And you can allow them to close whenever it feels right. [Pause 8 seconds]
Imagine yourself in a peaceful garden, surrounded by natural beauty. [Pause 5 seconds] The air is fresh and clean. [Pause 4 seconds] Sunlight filters through leaves above, creating a gentle, dancing pattern on the ground before you. [Pause 6 seconds] In this space, there are no digital distractions. [Pause 5 seconds] No notifications. [Pause 4 seconds] No alerts. [Pause 4 seconds] Just pure, natural peace.
