Let's begin by bringing your attention to your breath. Notice the gentle rhythm of your breathing, without trying to change anything. [Pause 7 seconds] With each breath, feel yourself becoming more and more comfortable, as if you're slowly sinking into a cloud of pure relaxation. [Pause 6 seconds] As you breathe in, imagine drawing in pure, peaceful energy, like golden light filling your body. [Pause 6 seconds] And as you breathe out, release any tension or concerns, watching them drift away like leaves on a gentle stream. [Pause 8 seconds] Now, bring your attention to your feet and toes. [Pause 5 seconds] Notice any sensations there, any feeling of weight or pressure. [Pause 6 seconds] Imagine warm, soothing waves of relaxation washing over your feet, melting away any tension. [Pause 7 seconds] Feel each toe becoming completely relaxed, one by one. [Pause 8 seconds] Allow those muscles to completely relax, becoming heavy and peaceful. [Pause 6 seconds] Up through your knees and thighs, releasing any holding or tightness, feeling as if they're becoming liquid relaxation. [Pause 8 seconds] Your entire lower body now deeply relaxed, as heavy as lead and as comfortable as floating. [Pause 9 seconds] The relaxation flows into your hips and lower back, like a warm bath of tranquility. [Pause 7 seconds] Up through your spine, each vertebra releasing and settling, one by one, like pearls on a string of pure comfort.
