[Pause 6 seconds] The more you try to keep them open, the more they want to close. [Pause 5 seconds] And as your eyes grow tired, allow that feeling of heaviness to spread. [Pause 6 seconds] Your eyelids becoming heavier and heavier. [Pause 5 seconds] When they feel too heavy to keep open, just let them close naturally.
