[Pause 7 seconds] You might find it interesting how some thoughts become clearer while others fade, just as the ocean has different layers of clarity. [Pause 8 seconds] And while you're thinking about these thoughts, and thinking about how you're thinking about them, you might notice how your body feels, or perhaps you're wondering how deeply relaxed you'll become. [Pause 10 seconds] The more you try to follow all these thoughts, the more you might find yourself naturally drifting into a comfortable state of relaxation.
