Take a deep, comfortable breath in through your nose. [Pause 4 seconds] And as you exhale through your mouth, allow your body to settle more deeply into its resting position. [Pause 5 seconds] With each breath, you can feel tension beginning to dissolve. [Pause 4 seconds] Notice the gentle rise and fall of your chest. [Pause 5 seconds] With every exhale, you're releasing any stress or tension you've been holding. [Pause 6 seconds] Now, bring your attention to your eyes.
