[Pause 6 seconds] With each breath you take, you can allow yourself to relax more and more deeply, drifting down like a feather in a gentle breeze. [Pause 5 seconds] Notice the gentle rise and fall of your chest as you breathe, creating a peaceful rhythm. [Pause 6 seconds] And with each exhalation, feel any tension simply melting away, like snow dissolving in warm sunlight. [Pause 7 seconds] Starting from the top of your head, feel a wave of warmth and relaxation flowing downward. [Pause 5 seconds] Let it move through your scalp, your forehead, your eyes.
